SunDaws AI Systems
We help you with AIFor companies of every size, from one employee and up.
If you need a system of your own, we build it, with or without AI. If you want to build it yourselves, we show you how. And if you simply want to get better at using AI day to day, we train your staff, whether they work in IT or not.
01Services
Three ways to use AI
What used to take months and cost as much as an employee now takes weeks, sometimes days. That puts purpose-built solutions within reach of even the smallest company. You own the code and the data, and changing things as your needs change is easy and cheap.
Ordinary software follows rules. AI also handles what cannot be written as rules: reading an email, interpreting a receipt, answering questions from your own documentation. That opens the door to automating work that always used to need a person. How much gets reviewed by hand is up to you.
Every company holds unique knowledge: data, experience, routines. Until now it could only be sold as working hours. With AI at its core, it can become a product others pay for and that is hard to copy. We explore the idea together and build prototypes before you decide.
02Training
Use AI yourselves, safely
We go through the most established AI services based on your own work, whether that is office work, media, research or IT. What they are good at, where they go wrong, and which information can be shared and which should stay with you.
For developers, system administrators and other technical staff. We go deeper: how today's models work, how to connect them to your own systems and data, and how to build AI workflows that do the job rather than just suggest.
We show you how to create your own apps, automations and internal systems with the help of AI, and how to do it safely: what belongs where, how to avoid the common mistakes, and when it pays to bring in help.
03Our philosophy on AI
What we believe and how we think
Apps and software should no longer reach a final version. They should change and evolve with your needs, and with the development of AI technology. Code is so quick to create today that you no longer need to plan a change and decide whether it is worth it. You simply make the change, and throw it away if it does not work out. In every app and system we build, new features and functions are included in the support.
Small companies can now have custom-built apps. That goes for one-person companies too. The cost is now often a week's or a couple of days' income for the company.
If it is that easy, why should I hire anyone, can't I do it myself? - Of course! It is not hard at all, as long as you can stand arguing with an AI all day.
AI can be used to automate and simplify, but the big win from AI will go to companies that create new products or systems that were not possible before the advances in AI.
ChatGPT, Claude or Grok may be the hottest model this week, but they will most certainly not be in a year or in five years. That is why all the systems and apps we build are decoupled from specific models or companies, and can as a rule run on any model. Models and vendors may disappear, but LLMs are here to stay. So are agents, and the tools they use.
AI can now (2026) do absolutely everything that can be done on a computer, faster and usually better than a human. It is the implementations and the work processes that are not keeping up. Ask yourself: what are you doing on a computer right now that you would rather not be doing? That is what you should get a small, specific AI solution for, one that can be changed and updated over an afternoon if needed.
The big problem with AI is responsibility. If AI has done all the research, written all the code and explained all the functions, who is responsible if something goes wrong? We are, if you hire us.
Apps and systems take almost no resources to build any more, but they do take resources to maintain. AI is a subscription product. The big costs you used to have in building systems have now shifted to a somewhat higher running cost.
Human in the loop. One of the most important decisions with AI is how much you are comfortable letting the AI handle. What do you want to see and approve yourself so that you know exactly what the result looks like? What do you want to do yourself to keep a personal touch on what you do? We ourselves gladly let AI answer letters from the authorities, for example, but never customer communication, even though the AI would probably be better at it than we are. We simply want to do it ourselves, out of courtesy.
04How it works
Four steps, no surprises
A free meeting
We go through what takes up your time and what can be done about it. The conversation commits you to nothing.
A plan with time and cost
We come back with a proposal: what we build, how long it takes and what it costs.
A first version, fast
You get something to try shortly, and we adjust based on how you actually use it.
Support and new features included
Once the system is done, hosting, support and new features are included in the running cost. Really large additions are quoted separately.
